Anne Hathaway Wanted To Flip Off Paparazzi At Her Wedding

Anne Hathaway was hoping for a relatively private event for her recent wedding to Adam Shulman. The two got married on September 29, 2012 in Big Sur, California. But while Hathaway said that she'd hoped their venue would prove a paparazzi-free zone, they still managed to find her. Doesn't she know that it's nearly impossible to escape them?

When her family asked her on her special day what she wanted them to do about the paparazzi, Hathaway told David Letterman on "Late Show" that she said, "Give 'em the finger!"

"My husband turned to me and said, 'You really don’t want to do that,'" Hathaway went on. "I said, you know what? It feels good in the moment, but you’re right, in the future I would regret it."

Letterman said he wished she would have gone through with it, if only for the epic pictures that would have come out of it. "Here's my wedding photo!" Hathaway laughed, throwing up two middle fingers and waving them to the audience.
