Anthony Weiner Says He Spoke To '6 To 10' Women, 3 After He Resigned Congress

Weiner: I Talked To '6-10' Women

Anthony Weiner admitted Thursday to having more sexually charged online conversations. Jonathan Lemire of the Associated Press reports that when asked by reporters how many women he engaged online, Weiner replied, "6 to 10, I suppose," including a few after he'd already resigned from Congress.

The mayoral candidate, who was speaking from a soup kitchen in Brooklyn, also denied that he was addicted to the online sexting:

Weiner, who admitted during another press conference Tuesday to having the lewd chats until at least last summer, also criticized the media for focusing on his past digressions:

Weiner, who went by the pseudonym "Carlos Danger" during an online discussion with one woman, has remained defiant to mounting calls from opponents and media outlets for him to drop out of the race.

The latest Marist poll has Anthony Weiner dropping from first place among registered Democratic voters. He dropped from 25 percent to 16 percent, while City Council Speaker Christine Quinn regained her frontrunner status, jumping to 25 percent support.
