Anthropologie's Spring 2019 Home Collection Is A Maximalist Dream

It's an eclectic mix of tropical, colonial, and maximalist home decor.

Spring might still be over a month away but Anthropologie is ready for some seasonal changeover. They’ve just added over 1,000 new home items to their site and they are screaming spring.

The home collection features a sharp contrast between natural woven elements and vibrant prints and patterns. Ratan woven chairs are paired with velvet jewel tone couches against tropical wallpaper and gilded accents for an eclectic mix of tropical, colonial, and maximalist elements.

Some stand out pieces include — a woven jute floor lamp with modern finishes that gives us dreamy island vibes. A fabulous velvet U-shaped sectional that feels mid-century modern meets art deco. As well as some more subtle pieces that can easily transition into any home like these wooden cement planters and gold flatware.
