Reports are swirling that Apple supplier Foxconn hid teenage employees before inspections by the Fair Labor Association.

Workers age 16-18 were banned from overtime hours, or relocated to keep them out of the spotlight.

Apple's supplier code of contact allows for workers as young as 16, as long as they're closely regulated. VentureBeat points out moving workers around isn't as big a problem as, say, if the company was employing and hiding workers under age 16.
