Southern three-banded armadillos. They're just the cutest.
Especially this one. His name's Rollie, and man does he live up to his name. Just watch him go.
Rollie lives at the Northeastern Wisconsin Zoo in Green Bay. He rolls around a lot. This video came to us via YouTube user Animal Moments, after the NEW Zoo posted it to its page back in May.
According to the Northeastern Wisconsin Zoo's Facebook page:
Three-banded armadillos eat beetle larvae, ants and termites, especially during the dry season, but they can also eat plants and fruits (especially when they are more plentiful when it rains!) Rollie loves his mealworms.
Hey, whatever keeps you rolling, Rollie. We're mesmerized.
