'Arrow': Diggle Finds Deadshot, Learns Surprising Detail About His Brother's Death (VIDEO)

'Arrow': Deadshot Drops Bombshell About Death Of Diggle's Brother

Diggle went on a personal mission to Russia to save his ex-wife, which meant that the entirety of Team "Arrow" went with him. But it was Diggle who found himself captured and held in the same facility as one of the last people he ever wanted to see. Standing across from him was Deadshot, the man who shot and killed his brother.

After orchestrating an escape together -- the enemy of my enemy and all that -- Deadshot dropped quite a bombshell on Diggle. "“How is it you think your brother ended up dead?” Deadshot asked him.

“You shot at a client that Andy was protecting and you missed," Diggle responded.

“I don’t miss," Deadshot said calmly. "Your brother was the contract.” He went on to explain that the only name he had for who was behind the contract was H.I.V.E.

Buddy TV's Carla Day was stunned. "Each week, 'Arrow' continues to expand the show's world beyond Team Arrow and Starling City," she wrote. "What did his brother do and why was he targeted for assassination?” But Zap2It's Laurel Brown wondered if they didn't expand things a bit too much this week, writing that "'Arrow' went a little crazy with the plot twists" this week.

"Arrow" airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
