Ashton Graham Arrested: Man Allegedly Used Inhaler To Steal Beer, Head To Break Police Car Windshield

South Carolina officials say a man used an inhaler to steal two cases of beer before slamming his head through a police cruiser windshield.

Witnesses told authorities with the Clover Police Department that a man, later identified as Ashton Graham, 23, aimed what appeared to be a silver pistol at two innocent men carrying a case of Keystone Ice and a case of Budweiser down South Main Street.

Police said that Graham's weapon of choice -- which he used to threaten his victim's lives -- turned out to be a harmless puffer, according to WBTV.

A "trail of beer cans" led police to Graham, who became hostile when approached by authorities, according to the Rock Hill & York County Herald.

When authorities located the inhaler, Graham explained that, "Yes, I have [expletive] asthma," according to the police report. He then used his own head to crush a police cruiser windshield.

Graham, who police escorted to Piedmont Medical Center for treatment, is charged with armed robbery with a deadly weapon and malicious injury to personal property.
