With every album that Swedish metal band Avatar releases they seem to have more success. Now on album no. 6 with Feathers & Flesh, frontman Johannes Eckerström reveals how they've stumbled onto their formula for success. It's simply by not caring what anybody else thinks. Having been ardent metal fans all their lives, the only people they care to impress are each other. "If we do an album that nobody likes, people can say they don't like it and check out the new Megadeth album instead. The five of us can't do that. We have to live with that work for the rest of our lives, so we only answer to ourselves."
