On the day one mother gave birth, her family ended up expanding in more ways than one.
Kami Klingbeil of Chico, Calif., welcomed her son Brydon into the world on Aug. 12, the same day her goldendoodle Delia had nine puppies, Inside Edition reports.
After her friend Teresa Raczynski of Park Avenue Photography did a newborn photo shoot with Brydon at the hospital, Klingbeil joked about photographing the puppies as well. A few days later, Raczynski decided to make it happen.
"The photo shoot was a tricky one, trying to capture the puppies and the baby at the same time," she told The Huffington Post in an email. "Baby Brydon was crying and did not want his picture taken, but once we put him in the middle of a puppy pile he loved every second!"
Before the puppies go to their new homes, Raczynski hopes to do another shoot. One of her cute ideas includes dressing up Brydon and the puppies in matching denim overalls.
"It will be another sweet photo shoot for sure," she said.
