At the end of April, we decided to torture ourselves with the worst food porn we could find from that month. We sifted through blogs, sub-Reddits and Instagram pages and made ourselves gag in the process -- all in the name of important research. With another month behind us, and enough distance to have successfully blocked out the pain from the previous month, we decided to go at it again.
We at The Huffington Post know full well the value of food porn -- it reigns supreme above all other kinds of porn. The glory of good food porn makes bad food especially awful.
We've rounded up the most foul, upsetting, disgusting and confusing food porn from last month. It makes us drop to our knees and kiss the ground in gratitude that May is over. Here are 12 of the worst food porn moments from May, and here's hoping we have a more pleasing June.
"Frozen pizza with instant mashed potato topping"
This may have just done the impossible and made us never want to eat pizza OR mashed potatoes again.
