Baltimore Ravens running back -- and recent Super Bowl winner -- Ray Rice is motivated. Just ask his real estate agent.

Rice's Baltimore home is on the market for $319,900. The four bedroom, four bath house at 103 Old House Ct. was recently reduced by $20,000 -- Curbed DC notes that it's now listed for $30,000 less than Rice paid for the place in 2008, the year he was drafted by the Ravens.

Rice might not be too concerned about the $30,000, given Sunday night's victory, not to mention the $40 million contract he signed last summer, just before first putting the place up for sale.
