Health and fitness guru Lorri Ann Code shared her wisdom on how to transform your bedroom into a sleep haven, in a recent Fox40 video. She advises making the bedroom less chaotic and more "like a sanctuary," with changes like removing iPods and other electronics, snuggling up in cozy blankets and using a fan to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level, while also creating a calming white noise.
