The 'Gone Girl' Cast Borrowed Ben Affleck's Porsche For A Thrilling Trip To Target

Ben Affleck Lent His Porsche To The 'Gone Girl' Cast

"Gone Girl" has quickly become one of this fall's biggest crowd-pleasers, but it sounds like shooting the film in small-town Missouri was a lot less exciting than the tense drama we saw on screen.

Casey Wilson, who plays dim neighbor Noelle Hawrthorne in David Fincher's adaptation of Gillian Flynn's novel, spoke to HuffPost Live's Alyona Minkovski on Monday about what the cast did for fun during filming. Lucky for them, star Ben Affleck made a gracious gesture and allowed the rest of the actors to borrow his Porsche, Wilson said.

"All the actors were sharing two cars, and so he very kindly left his keys at the front desk for a bunch of us to use on the off week when he was out of town. So he's a hero. He's a real-life hero in my book," she said.

And what exactly did the cast do with their time in Affleck's ride?

"We went to what we called the 'Tarbucks,' which is a Target slash Starbucks," Wilson said. "That was right across the street, and that was a big night. That was like, 'Let's blow the roof off this place and go crazy.'"
