Sandra Bullock Makes Us Feel All The Feels On Our Best-Dressed List

BABE ALERT.

It was a BIG week for fashion. Not only was it New York Fashion Week, but it was also the Toronto Film Festival, so you can believe that all the major stars turned it up for red carpet appearances, runway shows and big parties.

Kiernan Shipka wore multiple swoon-worthy looks, but our favorite had to be her skirt-over-pants outfit. Sandra Bullock hit a home run in a black David Koma dress and Zendaya Coleman taught us that sometimes sparkle is the only way to go.

Check out all the best-dressed looks from the past week and let us know which one is your favorite.

Kiernan Shipka in 3.1 Phillip Lim: A skirt over pants might sound crazy, but one look at Shipka should squash all your hesitations. In fashion, big risks equal big rewards. The actress was smart to pair her fashion-forward bottoms with a solid-colored top, a simple cross-body bag and black heels. If we could look like this all fall, we'd be pretty happy.
Experiment with different looks.

Kiernan Shipka: This look is entirely different from Shipka's other best-dressed outfit this week, but equally as powerful. This A-line, strapless dress is cute and fun (a nod to the actress' young age), but also sophisticated. And her embellished shoes inject personality into her fancy ensemble.
Messy hair, don't care.

Sandra Bullock in David Koma: Bullock's sleek, pencil-shaped dress is contrasted nicely by her messy locks. We also love how her dress fits her like a glove and her red lipstick gives the entire ensemble a sultry edge.
Old Hollywood always looks good.

Zendaya Coleman in Michael Kors: It's so nice to see young stars in old Hollywood looks. Between the retro waves, silver sparkle and her stunning statement earrings, this girl really is the belle of the ball.
Velvet shoes just might be the answer to everything.

Amber Heard in Victoria Beckham: Want to know how to amp up a LBD? Red lips, velvet shoes and Johnny Depp will always do the trick.
Leather works on dresses, too.

Naomie Harris: Nothing makes a dress look badass quite like leather and metal hardware. The plunging neckline adds a little sex appeal, while the T-shirt length sleeves help to balance out the entire look.
