On This Week's Best-Dressed List, Kerry Washington Nails It Once Again

Kerry Washington Wows On This Week's Best-Dressed List

By far the best-dressed moments this week took place on the 2015 Met Gala red carpet. The fashion industry considers it the most glamorous night of the year and it definitely lives up to the hype. Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian wowed in barely-there gowns, while Rihanna single-handedly stole the spotlight in a handmade design that took over two years to make.

But the Met wasn't the only stylish event this week. Kerry Washington mixed prints, Coco Rocha stepped out in an LBJ (little black jumpsuit) and stylist Natalie Joos looked swoon-worthy in a printed frock.

Here's a look at those ladies and a few more standouts on this week's best-dressed list. Don't forget to tell us which ones you love in the comments section.

Kerry Washington in Timo Weiland: The "Scandal" star could have played it safe and thrown on a pair of black pumps with her printed two-piece outfit, but we're glad she didn't. Her pink Tamara Mellon python-patterned shoes helped take this look to the next level.

Coco Rocha in Escada: Little black jumpsuits are quickly rivaling little black dresses on the red carpet. They are just as chic and might even be more comfortable. Coco's sheer-sleeved version is perfection.

Caitlin Fitzgerald in Derek Lam: This is minimalism at its best. The crisp white look is fresh and even edgy on the "Masters of Sex" actress, thanks to the addition of black fringe detail.

Natalie Joos in Laurence Xu: The renowned stylist was on hand for a private cocktail party to celebrate the Met Gala before the big night. She wowed in an eye-catching printed dress by a Chinese designer to fete the gala's theme. The best part about the design was the split full skirt, which swings back to reveal a short sleek sheath.

Gisele Bundchen in Chanel: We're used to seeing embellishments and other visual interest above the waist, so it's a nice surprise to see a twist on that trend.
Matchy-matchy outfits can AND should be worn.

Ella Catliff in Temperley and Whistles: The English model and blogger proves that matchy-matchy ensembles are back and more beautiful than ever. This particular dress and jacket are a great example of how to ease into the trend, thanks to a very wearable high-contrast print.
