Emily Blunt In Peter Pilotto: This dress is attention-getting, but in all the best ways. Although the design is a little quirky, this fashion girl can pull it off. The fun pattern is grounded by the white hue and the sleek silhouette makes her look sophisticated and not cartoony.

Emily Blunt in Stella McCartney: Not everyone can wear this silhouette, but Blunt clearly knows that it works for her. Though she is very covered up, the tight-fitting nature of this gown ensures that she still looks sexy. And it ensured her a second spot on this week's list.

Mindy Kaling in Roksanda: Black is the most flattering color -- that is not debatable -- but there is a way to wear bright colors while still reaping the benefits of the ultra-flattering dark hue. Here, Kaling opted for a tight-fitting black dress, but the pink and orange sleeves add a pop of color and make her look seasonally appropriate.
