If you’re itching to get away from big-city life and settle into a charming suburb or smaller town, then we’ve got an epic lineup of prospects for you.

Money recently released its Best Places to Live report for 2016 after analyzing more than 800 “small cities” with populations between 50,000 and 300,000. For the report, researchers crunched numbers including predicted job market growth, crime rates, median property values and rates of diversity among residents. Then they spent time reporting on the ground to finalize a list of 50 communities across the U.S. that are ideal to call home.

The top contenders include some of the usual suspects like Naperville, Illinois, along with new-to-the-list neighborhoods like Weston, Florida. Whether established or just emerging on the scene, these are all incredible places to dwell. The top 10 places to live for 2016 are:
