Bestselling Books: Find Out What Southern California Is Reading

The Best-Selling Books In Southern California

The Southern California Independent Booksellers Association has released the bestselling books at local, independent bookstores for the sales week ending on Sunday, December 11, 2011.

For the complete list please check out Bookweb and the SoCal Book Scene's website.

So, If you're still looking for a gift or a winter time vacation there's something for everyone, whether young or old, silly or serious.

For example, "The Immortal Life Of Henrietta Lacks," could make a great present for someone interested in the sciences and "Go The F To Sleep" could be for a new (and sleep deprived) parent in the family. Women Nonfiction writers dominate the list pretty substantially with authors such as Joan Didion, Patti Smith and Diane Keaton. Then there is always a chance to read "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" before the film hits theaters next week.

You can follow SCIBA Books on Facebook and Twitter.
