Even though Beyonce spent her last major fashion moment channeling looks from her own style archive, the singer is about to take some notes from our favorite supermodels for her next venture -- and she's getting a little help from design duo Dsquared2.
For her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, Beyonce's teaming up with the fashion house to create a "show-stopper of an outfit," a Dsquared2 spokesperson confirmed to Vogue UK. So how do supermodels factor into the equation? The look will be inspired by the brand's spring/summer 2013 "Glamazon" collection, a tribute to iconic '90s faces (and bodies).
We're not too surprised at the comparison of Bey to the likes of Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford and Christy Turlington -- there's not much of a difference between a supermodel and superstar to us. But we're bummed that the 31-year-old isn't going the same regal route on her tour as she did in her "Bow Down" video (that Hayden Williams get-up was epic).
Luckily, she already seems to be getting on well with Dean and Dan Caten, the designers behind Dsquared2. The tour kicks off April 15 in Serbia, so stay tuned to see Bey's "glamazon" moment.
Here are a few looks from Dsquared2's Spring/Summer 2013 collection that might make the cut:
Think Bey's got what it takes to channel these ladies?
