Biden Nominates Transgender Doctor To Federal Post

President-elect Joe Biden has nominated Dr. Rachel Levine to be assistant secretary of health. The current Pennsylvania Health Secretary would be the first openly transgender federal official to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
