Pennsylvania police are investigating a claim made by a Lykens, Pa., resident that Bigfoot may have caused damage to his motor home on more than one occasion in September.
John Reed told state troopers that his 1973 Winnebago was attacked by an elusive, hairy half-man, half-ape beast while Reed was on two Bigfoot hunts, Sept. 11 and 28, according to ABC27 News.
"While we were in the camper, I seen something walk by the window, not just walk by but kind of duck down like it was trying to duck under the window, like he didn't want to see us," Reed, founder of the Lykens Valley Sasquatch Hunters, told ABC27 News.
"I thought maybe one of my friends was messing with me until I realized the window was six-foot high. What I seen was the back of something's head, which was covered in hair," Reed said.

In the official press release issued by law enforcement officials, Reed is listed as the victim and Bigfoot is referred to as "the actor," reports TheSmokingGun.com.
"The actor is described as very large, brown in color, and walks somewhat hunched over. After seeing the aforementioned actor, the victim turned on the outside light to his motor home, and upon doing so, the actor began throwing rocks at the light to prevent discovery," read the official report.
CBS21 News reported that Reed and his girlfriend both saw the creature. While Reed concedes that some of damage done to his RV may have been caused by vandals, he believes part of the damage was Bigfoot's way of warning him away from the area.
Whether or not Bigfoot, aka Sasquatch, is to blame for Reed's vehicle damage, ABC27 News confirmed that state police are taking the incident seriously.
