Bill Cosby Statue Kicked Out Of Walt Disney World

A bronze bust of the actor, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by more than two dozen women, was removed on Tuesday night from a section of the Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park that pays tribute to TV legends, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

The move comes after the Associated Press obtained court documents from 2005 in which the comic and actor admitted to obtaining quaaludes with the intention of giving them to women with whom he planned to have sex.

Cosby has never been criminally charged in connection with the accusations.

Brittany Gavrilova, who says her aunt is one of Cosby's alleged victims, commended the removal of the statue this week.

"Especially now that a document has been released where he has admitted to it, I don't think that someone like that should be placed on a pedestal, especially where people bring their families,” Gavrilova told WESH.

The statue was part of the theme park's Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame Plaza, which features busts of TV legends such as Lucille Ball, Dick Clark, Andy Griffith, Oprah Winfrey and Walt Disney.

Video posted by Inside the Magic early Wednesday showed an empty pedestal where the statue had been:
