While most of the known universe seems to agree that Clint Eastwood's RNC speech was, at best, way off-message and, at worst, embarrassing for everyone involved, Bill Maher took a moment on Friday's "Real Time" to defend the veteran actor and director.
After all, Maher is a comedian so he knows what it's like to bomb in front of an audience. From where he was sitting, Eastwood did anything but bomb.
