One huge comedy star will join Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels in the upcoming "Dumb and Dumber To." According to this clip from the film -- which makes "Breaking Bad" references in the most "Dumb and Dumber" way ever -- Bill Murray will make a brief appearance as a meth cooker. Naturally, this is lost on our dim-witted duo, thinking he's a rock candy maker. (Hardee, har, har) While it's always nice to see Murray on the big screen, maybe he should shop around for an agent so we could see him in things more like ... not this.
Speaking to Vulture, director Peter Farrelly revealed the story behind Murray's secret cameo.
"Since you never see Icepick, we were thinking, hey, we should get someone who's iconic to do it," he said. "And who's more iconic than Bill Murray? And Bill's a very good friend. Any time you have Bill Murray on the set, everybody on the crew is happy. So, we wanted to bring Bill in just so we could hang around him. Like everyone else in the world, I'm nuts about that guy."
"Dumb and Dumber To" hits theaters this Friday, Nov. 14.
