Bindi Irwin Pranked Her 'Dancing With The Stars' Partner By Showing Up With A Giant Python

A scaly surprise, for sure.

Bindi Irwin, daughter of the late Steve Irwin, is a lot like her wildlife expert father. The newest darling of "Dancing With The Stars" proved it on the latest episode of the show, when she surprised her #SwitchUpWeek partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, by bringing a giant snake to practice.

Chmerkovskiy took one look at the massive snake and instantly went out the door. The 17-year-old Irwin just giggled and eventually coaxed the "DWTS" pro over to see her scaly friend.

The actress/wildlife conservationist has no problem hanging out with reptiles of any sorts, so we expect lots more of these surprises over the course of her time on the show.

Irwin recently spoke to "Oprah: Where Are They Now -- Extra" about the similarities she shares with her late dad. One of them happens to be just how comfortable she is in front of the camera.

"My whole life has been captured on camera. I just grew up with the crew, and it was a part of my everyday life," said Bindi. "They were a part of my family, and we would always just be on the road together, filming with Dad and doing these fun, adventurous things."
