Bjork's 'Mutual Core' Video Is Out On MOCAtv And It's Crazier Than We Imagined (VIDEO)

Bjork's New Video Will Make You Fear Sand

We had high hopes for Bjork's "Mutual Core" music video and the queen of quirk did not disappoint. The hypnotic new video, directed by Andrew Thomas Huang and commissioned by LA's Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), takes viewers on a strange spirit quest gone awry.

A blue-haired Bjork writhes in a giant, bubbling sandbox while rocky creatures emerge around her resembling Etsy-made sea anemones. These creatures form faces, French kiss, spew fire and explode as the video takes a chaotic turn, reaching an explosive, lava-filled climax. In the end, we predict you'll have no idea what just happened, and reach for the replay button. The force of nature that is Bjork has returned!
