Bobby Cannavale Emmys: Supporting Actor In A Drama Series Goes To 'Boardwalk Empire' Star

Bobby Cannavale was honored for his work as Gyp Rosetti on "Boardwalk Empire" at the 2013 Emmys, winning the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

The win marks Cannavale's second-career Emmy. He won the 2005 Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series Emmy for his portrayal of Will's partner Vince D'Angelo on "Will & Grace." He has four career nominations, including a second 2013 nomination in the Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series category for "Nurse Jackie."

Cannavale beat out "Breaking Bad" stars Aaron Paul and Jonathan Banks, "Game of Thrones" star Peter Dinklage, "Homeland" star Mandy Patinkin and "Downton Abbey" actor Jim Carter for the statue.
