UPDATE: Comedy Central released details of their partnership with Bonnaroo's comedy lineup today.
According to a press release, the network will produce an "original one-hour compilation stand-up special" out of select performances from Bonnaroo's comedy theater. The special will air in summer 2012.
PREVIOUSLY: The comedy lineup of the 11th annual Bonnaroo music and arts festival has been announced, with an eclectic list of 15 comedy acts slated to perform.
For the first time, the comedy portion of this year's festival is being produced in association with Comedy Central. More details on that partnership are to be announced in the coming weeks.
The Manchester, TN festival will take place June 7 - 10, with comedians such as Aziz Ansari, Reggie Watts, Amy Schumer, Marc Maron and musical comedy duo Garfunkel & Oates performing in the seated, indoor comedy theater.
This year's crop of comedians features four women, as opposed to last year's lineup which included three, and slightly fewer performers in general. Also notable is former Men at Work frontman Colin Hay, who has moved into the comedy realm with a humorous storytelling act.
