NBA Guard Bounces Ball Off Defender's Head In Playground Game

With no end to the NBA Lockout in sight, players are continuing to hone their skills at a playground near you. Milwaukee Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings recently flexed his hoops savvy at Dyckman Park in New York City's Washington Heights neighborhood.

Shortly after Michael Beasley pushed a fan in the face for heckling him, Jennings visited Dyckman Park and delighted crowd by bouncing a ball off a defender's head en route to the rack.

If there has been any positive byproduct of the ongoing NBA Lockout, it has been the return of the best ballers to the street courts of New York City. For generations, the top talents in the NBA, like Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabar, would come and test their mettle at places like courts at Dyckman Park and the famed Rucker Park every summer. As the lifestyle gap between high-profile superstars and the amateur legends increased, these appearances dwindled. Thankfully, this summer has brought a return to this entertaining tradition.
