These Guys Spent Years Editing All Of 'Breaking Bad' Into A 2-Hour Movie

For everyone out there who’s thinking of watching (or rewatching) the entirety of “Breaking Bad” but doesn’t want to commit to five whole seasons, you’re in luck.

Filmmakers Lucas Stoll and Gaylor Morestin have worked tirelessly to edit all 62 episodes of the AMC show into a single, two-hour movie.

Stoll and Morestin called their feat “a study project that became an all-consuming passion.”

“It’s not a fan-film, hitting the highlights of show in a home-made homage,” they wrote on Vimeo, “but rather a re-imagining of the underlying concept itself, lending itself to full feature-length treatment. An alternative ‘Breaking Bad,’ to be viewed with fresh eyes.”

The story of Walter White’s rise and fall ― from cancer-stricken high school teacher to drug kingpin ― is basically all there, but of course, two hours couldn’t possibly capture every nuance and detail included in the full series.
