Vince Gilligan Really Wants 'Breaking Bad' Fans To Stop Throwing Pizzas On Walt's Roof

Hey 'Breaking Bad' Fans, Stop Throwing Pizzas On Walt's Roof

Vince Gilligan is not happy with "Breaking Bad" fans.

During Tuesday's "Better Call Saul" Insider Podcast, co-creator Gilligan took a few minutes away from discussing the latest episode of the spinoff to send a message to "Breaking Bad" fans. Apparently some people have been taking their love for Heisenberg a little too far by throwing pizzas onto the roof of the actual Albuquerque house featured on "Breaking Bad." For those unfamiliar, this is a reference to the famous scene where Walter White angrily tosses a pizza -- and it lands on his roof:

Due to the show's success, the real house has become a popular tourist attraction, but Gilligan said recent visitors have been disrespectful to the woman who lives there, and he's not happy about it. "There is nothing original or funny or cool about throwing a pizza on this lady's roof," Gilligan said. "It's been done before, you're not the first."

Gilligan said he loves his fans, but whoever has been deliberately tossing pies on someone else's property is not considered a fan in his book. Ouch.

And if upsetting the creator of "Breaking Bad" isn't enough to stop you from throwing pizzas, Jonathan Banks, who played Mike Ehrmantraut and is currently reprising his character on "Saul," is also not thrilled. "If I catch you doing it, I will hunt you down," Banks said.

Yeah, you better be scared.
