Hey Hardwired fans! This week we are promoting the second episode of my series Hardwired 2.0. Watch me try out some new workouts while testing out the latest in Performance Tech!

First, I visited Cirque School in Los Angeles to give trapeze and aerial fabric workouts a try. There, I tested out some wearable performance monitors like the Sensoria Smart Bra, which has electrodes built right into the fabric! I also tried out Hi-Fun's Bluetooth Gloves. These work great if you live where it's chilly and like to exercise outside. They look and act like normal gloves but also use Bluetooth to let you answer phone calls by holding the glove up to your ear.

I also got to try out a new high-tech workout that's all the rage in SoCal called SURFSET. I'm not a good swimmer so I loved the intense surf-workout without getting wet. It was super fun but a lot harder than it looks! I ended my day with a simple massage using Smart Mio, a wearable muscle stimulator that stimulates muscles with electrodes.

It was awesome to see what new devices have become available since last season's Fitness Tech episode! Stay tuned for next week's episode -- Smart Jewelry.
