Democrat Brendan Boyle defeated Republican Dee Adcock in the race to represent Pennsylvania's 13th District on Tuesday.
Boyle and Adcock were facing off to replace current Rep. Allyson Schwartz (D), who ran for governor this year. Schwartz was defeated in the Democratic primary for governor by Tom Wolf.
