Bret Michaels Allegedly Has 'Meltdown' After 'All-Star Celebrity Apprentice' Elimination

Did Bret Michaels Have A 'Meltdown'?

After being the first contestant to be fired from "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice," Bret Michaels has reportedly been struggling with the disappointment of defeat.

According to RadarOnline, the "Poison" frontman and former winner of the reality show allegedly had a "meltdown" after he was given the axe during the season's first episode.

"Bret was crying and totally distraught after he was fired," a show insider allegedly told the gossip website. "He couldn’t believe it that he was let go so quickly. It was brutal to watch him freaking out the way he did.”

Michaels, who was the only former winner to return for the show's all-star edition, appeared on CBS' "The Talk" on Monday to discuss his fall from grace.

"I got hired big on the show, and I've been fired big," Michaels said, adding that it had been "horrible" to be let go after such a short stint and that his initial reaction had been one of disbelief.

"I thought they were punking me," he said.

When Donald Trump gave Michaels the boot during the season premiere, which aired on Sunday, he expressed incredulity that the singer would have returned as a contestant to the show after having won it once.

"You’re asking me to pick you as a winner again, which I thought was crazy," Trump told Michaels before dispensing the bad news.

You can catch the all-star season of "Celebrity Apprentice" on Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on NBC.
