More than a month after Megan Fox filed for divorce, the actress' soon-to-be ex-hubby Brian Austin Green has filed paperwork of his own.

In docs filed Tuesday, the 42-year-old actor asked for spousal support and joint custody of the couple's two sons, according to People. In her divorce filing in August, Fox, 29, cited irreconcilable differences and also requested joint custody of the kids. Both listed the date of separation as June 15.

The pair, who met in 2004 and married in 2010, reportedly do not have a prenup. There have been reports that Green has suffered from vertigo and largely out of work since the couple was involved in a head-on collision with a drunk driver last year, but reps for the actor have not commented.

Meanwhile, Fox seems to be keeping busy since initiating the divorce process. Earlier this month, it was revealed that she would sub in for Zooey Deschanel on the upcoming season of Fox's "New Girl" while Deschanel is on maternity leave.
