Missouri State Sen. Brian Nieves (R) really makes an effort to respond to his constituents. Nieves got into a bizarre virtual sparring match after Bart Cohn, a Wildwood, Mo., resident, asked to be removed from the senator's email distribution list, the Riverfront Times reported Tuesday.
