Bristol Palin Slams Pastor's 'One Sided' Documentary On Pro-Gun, Pro-Life Beliefs

Palin thinks her mother could better tell you "what the Bible REALLY says" about this stuff.

Bristol Palin, former reality television star and daughter of 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, criticized pastor Rob Schenck for his new documentary "The Armor of Light," which questions if a person can be both pro-gun and pro-life.

In a blog post published Monday, Palin called the film "one-sided propaganda," noting that Schenck uses her mother as an example of someone who pushes both gun rights and anti-abortion beliefs. Palin says he "never, ever, ever looks to the Bible," criticizing his focus on politicians and political issues throughout the film.

But Palin encourages people to look to her mother, a politician, for guidance on these issues, encouraging readers to buy her mother's new book of devotionals "[i]f you want to know what the Bible REALLY says about topics like this."

"The Armor of Light" opens in theaters nationwide Oct. 30.
