Britney Spears Schools Us In Sibling 101 With Surprise For Jamie Lynn

"I can't believe that my whole family kept this secret from me!"

She's so lucky, she's a star, but Britney Spears cry, cry, cries when she sees her little sister on the big stage.

Unbeknownst to Jamie Lynn, Britney and their brother, Bryan, surprised their sister on stage before her performance at the famed Grand Ole Opry. In her brief introduction, Brit, rocking a skintight black dress, described Jamie Lynn as her "heart and soul."

A shocked Jamie Lynn entered, stage right, already crying and headed straight for Britney. The two shared an emotional hug, with both women breaking down in tears before Jamie Lynn embraced Bryan.

"I can't believe that my whole family kept this secret from me!" the "Zoey 101" star exclaimed in the mic, fighting through the tears. "I'm so honored to be at the Opry, but I'm more honored to be here with all the people that I love the most."

Us too, Jamie Lynn.

Both sisters shared photos of themselves after the concert, with Jamie Lynn calling Britney's appearance the "best surprise ever at the most special place ever."

Best surprise ever at the most special place ever. So blessed. Thanks to my family, @britneyspears and thanks to the @opry.

But the Spears children weren't the only family members in attendance. Parents Jamie and Lynne were also there to support their daughter, as well as Jamie Lynn's husband and her 7-year-old daughter, Maddie.

Jamie Lynn released country EP "The Journey" in 2014, as well as racking up a co-writing credit for the Jana Kramer smash hit "I Got the Boy."

"There is a misconception that since my sister does pop, people just assume, 'What is she doing singing country?' But people forget, me and my sister grew up in Louisiana. If you met my dad, you would get it completely!" Spears told Rolling Stone Country in 2014. "Country music was a big influence on me growing up but also it’s just the way of life, and it was the best format for me to tell my story."

Fingers crossed Jamie Lynn's country career has more hits than "Britney Jean," because the Spears sister's duet "Chillin' With You" is unforgivably terrible.
