Britney Spears got emotional in a heartfelt Mother's Day letter to her sons, Preston and Jayden, whom she described as her "masterpieces."
The letter, published on Time magazine's website Wednesday, is accompanied by a photo of Spears reading to her boys.
"From the day I saw the most precious eyes, I believed in miracles to the core," the singer writes. "Such a gift God has given me, exploring in your beautiful worlds every day. I pray as a mother I teach you strength and passion to carry through the struggles in the world."
Spears advises her boys to "believe in yourself and know anything is possible," while also telling them to never be "ashamed of how bright your light truly is."
For anyone that's followed the singer's life (or Instagram feed), it's clear Spears' sons, who are 10 and 9, are the center of her world.
"If anyone knew the real Britney, they would know that she would rather be remembered for being the great mother she is rather than the artist she is," David Lucado, Spears' ex, said in a recent interview with The New York Times.
The singer is totally a "cool mom," but Spears also has no qualms about embarrassing her kids with her own version of "Carpool Karaoke."
Happy Mother's Day, Brit!
