Bryan Fischer Compares Gays To Cannibals, Says Conservatives Should 'Reclaim' Discrimination

WATCH: Bryan Fischer Compares Gays To Cannibals, Advocates 'Reclaiming' Anti-LGBT Discrimination

A prominent right-wing pundit has expressed some eyebrow-raising views on the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community once again, saying he wants conservatives to "reclaim discrimination," and even comparing gays to "people who...eat the faces off homeless people."

As Right Wing Watch is reporting, Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association sounded off on his "Focal Point" talk show, telling his audience that conservatives should "discriminate...unapologetically" when it comes to homosexuality.

"It is altogether right for a rational culture to discriminate against homosexual behavior," Fischer said. "I am saying, yes, that's exactly what DOMA does and it should...because [homosexuality] is not a benign alternative to heterosexuality...we ought to discriminate."

Right Wing Watch also noted that Fischer's declarations echoed those made in a blog piece he wrote last week, in which he compared LGBT people to the disturbing spate of cannibalism cases currently making headlines.

"Public policy is about discriminating against behaviors that are socially destructive and corrosive to the social fabric," he noted in the blog. "So, we rightly discriminate against people who rip off convenience stores, burgle houses, drive while drunk, eat the faces off homeless people, gun down servicemen on military bases, embezzle funds from employers or clients, or beat their wives."
