Cadger Christmas Light Show 2011: Idaho Family Syncs 35,000 Christmas Lights With Dubstep Music

The First 'Dubstep Christmas House' Of The Season

Nothing quite says happy holidays like traditional christmas lights blinking with seizure-inducing rapidity to the tune of electronic music.

A family in Meridian, Idaho, has created an incredible light show set to the tune of varying pieces of music. In this video, "The Cadger Dubstep Christmas House" is synced to the song "First Of The Year (Equinox)" by Skrillex.

Using more than 35,000 energy-saving LED lights -- a recent addition to the 7-year-old show -- the Cadger family spent more than two months putting together the awesome display. Amazingly, all the work was completed by a father and his 16-year-old son.

This isn't the first year the family's put up the lights, and the family has posted videos of previous light shows dating as far back as 2006 on their website.

For those that happen to be in the Idaho area, the family has issued an open invitation to come by and see the show in person. They use the opportunity for a good cause, too: visitors are all asked to bring along a donation for the Idaho Food Bank.

The family says additional songs will be synced to the light show in the coming days.
