Camille Grammer Quits 'Housewives': More Casting Shakeups To Come?

Camille Grammer's Out, Who's In?

Now that Camille Grammer's exit from the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" family has been confirmed, reality watchers are wondering if she'll take any of the other housewives with her.

"Lisa [Vanderpump], Adrienne [Maloof] and Kyle [Richards] have all been invited back and are expected to sign their contracts this week,” a Bravo insider tells me. “If all goes to according plan, Kim [Richards] and Brandi [Glanville] will also be part of next season.”

However, Taylor Armstrong's return is still being discussed internally. Taylor's husband tragically took his own life just before the second season aired.

“Kim’s battle with substance abuse is much easier to deal with than someone whose husband committed suicide,” one TV insider tells me. “If they don’t invite Taylor back, then she will be free to say whatever she wants. If they do, they will be able to control her, but at the same time they must fear that her participation will turn off viewers.”

But don't look to Bravo for official confirmation anytime soon. The network has yet to confirm its New York Housewives cast, even though it finished taping months ago.
