It’s rare, possibly random and bizarre, to wake up early one morning and think to yourself, “I’m going to take a $1.6 million dollar Porsche Carrera GT to a McDonald’s drive thru”, right?

While this may seem rather pointless, it is to the contrary, since no other hypercar has ever done this in Australia. Well, none that I’ve seen however and probably none as glorious as the Porsche Carrera GT. That, and why not do it purely for shits and giggles to note other people’s reaction?

It’s pretty hard to resist and not take note of the 605 horsepower, F1 powered V10, complete with a carbon fibre body that sports one of the most stylish designs in modern day motoring. It’d be impossible unless you’re just not thrilled by these modern masterpieces. If that’s the case, I just cannot and will not ever understand you. This car has to be one of the most engaging, if not, the best driver’s car ever made and it has everything to do with the Carrera GT having the heart of an F1 teamed up with one of the smoothest manual stick shifts available!

As as avid car fanatic, it’s impossible to bypass the Carrera GT. While this particular model has coped some bad press because of few high profile horror crash stories and possibly caused a few fanboys to outcast the car it still doesn’t take away from its majestic aurora. One thing to note about the Carrera GT is this car is the final iteration of the last analogue hypercar ever made – adding to its uniqueness.

Enough of this for the moment, the burgers and fries are waiting!! I’m salivating as I type this while also laughing at the irony of a supercar swinging by a fast food joint to pick up a hugely excessive order of some not-so-opulent meals.
