Candace Cameron Bure Talks Jodie Sweetin And 'Full House'

Candace Cameron Bure dropped by HuffPost Live to talk about her current projects, as well as her classic run on the ABC sitcom "Full House."

Even though it's been almost 20 years since "Full House" ended its eight-season run, Bure admitted that there is still interest in a reunion. She's even indicated that she'd be up for reprising her role as eldest daughter D.J. Tanner.

"The people that loved 'Full House' would love to see that happen, so who knows?" she said. She also talked about her close relationship with many of the cast-members, including her on-screen sister, played by Jodie Sweetin. "We grew up together," Bure said. "I think I really am like a big sister to her. She is an only child. We'll always have a special relationship in that way."

But Bure was clear to indicate that she doesn't want "Full House" to be her only legacy. "It's fun that I'm known for that," she said. "It certainly has helped build the platform and what I have today, and I'm grateful for it. But there's so many other things that I would love to leave behind -- that I'm currently doing now -- that people remember me for, and not just as a 10-year old."

She recently starred in Hallmark Channel's "Let It Snow," which was a tremendous ratings success. In fact, Bure said that her 2014 schedule is so packed that she might be forced to turn down a "Full House" reunion, should one crop up quickly. Somehow, we suspect she'd find the time.
