"I am great student of human behavior, I am a great people watcher. I love taking that understanding of behavior, taking it back and applying it to great content that connects with people."

This past June at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, I spent some time with Mark Tutssel, Global Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett, who is responsible for setting the creative vision for the network's 95 global offices. Since taking the role in 2005, Mark has helped Leo Burnett move up to the 3rd most awarded network in the world, and Mark himself is one of the most decorated creatives in our industry, winning over 45 Cannes Lions awards in his illustrious career.

Watch as Mark and I discuss the importance of data-driven creative, the AOL and Leo Burnett content marketing partnership, and what inspires him.
