Calvin Klein dresses often feature elegantly high necklines and demure caps-sleeves (see: Emma Stone at the 2011 Golden Globes). Yet Thursday night's Women In Film celebration at the Cannes Film Festival, co-hosted by Calvin Klein, may as well be renamed The Battle of the Busts.
Diane Kruger, one of the classiest, most fashion-forward celebs in the biz, showed up clad in Calvin Klein with her décolletage pumped up in all its glory. Some might call it a "squoob," some might just call it cleavage on steroids. Either way, Kruger was sporting a much bustier look than usual.
But she had to compete with Jada Pinkett Smith and Naomi Watts for the title of Bustiest Of The Night. Watts, who also tends toward less overtly sexy looks, wore a simple beige dress that dipped well below her bustline.
But Jada went even further with most daring look of the night: in a dress that was clearly not designed by Calvin Klein (it was Paco Rabanne Spring 2012), Jada showed off her chest and stomach with a plunging neckline accented by dramatically pointed shoulders.
Needless to say, boobs are in.
