Dramatic online footage shows an out-of-control car plow through the window of a restaurant in India last week.

The Times of India reports that four diners suffered minor injuries when the red car broke through the glass on Thursday at the eatery in Ranchi, Jharkhand state. The vehicle only narrowly avoided hitting people who were sitting at tables having lunch.

Rajesh Singh told the outlet that he was in the restaurant when the crash happened, and it seemed like the driver accidentally accelerated instead of breaking as he parked.

Some 40 people were inside the restaurant at the time of the incident, reports The Quint. The driver and his passengers were uninjured.

"I was sitting just behind the table that the car came crashing into and so I feel we were all very lucky indeed," restaurant manager Shawkat Galaria told the Telegraph. One customer described it as being "straight out of a Bollywood movie."

The restaurant's owner has now lodged a formal complaint against the driver with police, according to the Times of India.
