Car wash skirts are here to stay -- at least, according to the runways this season. The trend, whereby the hems of skirts and dresses literally look like the top brush at a car wash, remind us a lot of the fringe fad we've been seeing everywhere.
We love this trend because it is the perfect combination of sexy and sophisticated and a great transition piece to wear into the cooler weather. Pair it with slides for now, sneakers in a few weeks and booties come November.
