Meet one of SeaWorld Orlando's newest additions: a Caribbean flamingo chick.
The fluffy youngster is one of two chicks that will soon call the park home. Until then, the flamingo is getting some off-site care from bird experts who are helping ensure it receives the proper nutrients.

Born on May 24, the flamingo will maintain its white and grey feathers for about three years until it develops its signature pink coloring, according to a SeaWorld blog post.
Caribbean flamingos can be found in South America, the Caribbean, the Galapagos and the Yucatan Peninsula. Although the population isn't threatened, the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums notes that the number of Caribbean flamingos has declined because of pollution and loss of habitat.
Nevertheless, the flamingo chick hasn't been the only youngster to make a splash at a Florida theme park in recent months.
In March, a baby aardvark made headlines for its unusual looks after it was born to mom "Izzy" and dad "Friz." The little tyke will soon become an Animal Ambassador for Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
