After meeting on Tuesday, French First Lady Carla Bruni and the first ladies of a dozen African nations attended the annual Bastille Day military parade in Paris on Wednesday. Carla wore another little black (or perhaps little navy blue) dress, while Cameroon's Chantal Biya donned a turquoise skirt set and Burkina Faso's Chantal Comparore opted for a light blue ensemble.
